Wayne, WV - Jessica Rahn is suing Advanced Auto Parts after sustaining injuries on its premises. She was visiting the store as a business invitee when she slipped and fell on a clear liquid substance. Rahn claims Advanced Auto Parts was negligent and careless in properly maintaining its premises, and that they failed to provide a warning for the hazardous conditions. Rahn also claims that she has suffered great pain and anguish as a result of her injuries.
